Robin Egg Nails (Plastic Bag Technique)

Who doesn't love mint and gold together?! I wanted to pair the two up to make a fun Robin Egg nail design. I love the way it turned out! So, so pretty! I was sad to have to take them off :(, but I had to move on to another Easter nail designs for you guys :).

I used a piece of a plastic grocery sack to make this pattern, and it was so easy peasy with just a little bit of practice. You should give it a try!

Reverse French (pink and white)

Another fun spring nail design today. I am using one of my all time favorite polish colors along with one of my all time favorite white polishes-Essie Splash of Grenadine and Essie Blanc! Love them together!

I wanted to try out this reverse french free handed-

You can also use french tip tape for this or reenforcement tabs if you would like. I prefer the look of it free handed because I can paint just so the white shows through until about half way up the nail. I think it gives it a better look. When I tried with the french tip tape, the white was only visible at the very base and didn't extend up the sides. Does that make any sense?! Anywho, I am pretty happy with it.

White Flowers (on negative space)

Essie Blanc is Essie's color of the month, and I can't get enough of it! It's such a great white polish that's opaque in two easy coats. Now that spring is officially here and Easter is approaching, I wanted to do a flower nail design that was bright and cheery. So I came up with this:

and another shot with some pretty flowers, just because I can :).

Water Marble Rainbow

My last St. Patrick's Day nail design is this fun rainbow. You can't celebrate St. Patty's Day without a rainbow :)!

So I used the water marble technique without making a design with the polishes because I wanted it to be a straight line. I am happy with the way it turned out. I love Essie Chillato. It was released last spring. It's showing up a bit bright and flashy in this photo, but it is actually a light soft and classy yellow green. I LOVE this polish, and had to use it in a St. Patty's nail design! They must have made this part of their permanent line because I always still see it available at Target. Go get you some!

Supplies I used (with links):
Distilled Water
Small cup

Easy St. Patrick's Day Nails

Have you wanted to try nail art and been intimidated by it? Give this tutorial a try! This nail design was one of the first I ever tried when I first tried my hand at nail art about a year ago. It's so simple to create and all you need is polish, a good fast dry top coat and some masking tape. You can use this design with any color combinations, not just this color combination I used for St. Patty's Day.

Here are a list of supplies (with links):

Floral Nail Design (gray and white)

Blanc is Essie's color of the month. I will be using it for several different manicures through out the month. It's so refreshing to have white polish on. If you haven't tried just plain white, you need to! Essie's Blanc is one of my favorites. The bottle is slightly runny at first, but after you use it a few times, it turns into the perfect consistency.

I absolutely love Essie's Pedal Pushers (which came out last Spring). It's a gray polish with a touch of purple, and it's a OCW (one coat wonder). If you don't have it, you need to find it!

I have been wanting to pair these together for sometime. So I did. :)

Here is my floral design inspired by @flickanail (on Instagram). I LOVE it!! I will definitely be using this design in various different color combinations. And it is easier to create then you think!
